Founded in 2018, Huangshan Shangfu Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary invested and established by Huangshan Yongjia Group Co., Ltd., one of the top 100 enterprises in Anhui Province. Based on product characteristics and customer personalized needs, our products are mainly applied in industries such as glass reinforced composites, activated carbon filters, alkaline batteries, oil and water-based coatings, powder coatings, flexible packaging, hygiene products, and protective clothing.

The main products produced by the company include functional micro-powders, functional masterbatches, and functional coatings (newly established).
(1) SUMF®PE functional micro powder
SUMF®PE functional micropowder is a non-toxic, odorless, white ultrafine powder with a shape resembling spherical particles and a narrow particle size distribution. It is primarily made from polymer particles such as polyethylene, and is refined through a special precipitation micronization process. The preparation process involves no chemical reactions, and the production process system is designed in accordance with European emission standards, with no emissions of "three wastes" and no environmental pollution.
SUMF®PE functional micro-powder company primarily categorizes its products into precipitation method micro-powder, deep-cooling physical method powder, and functional modified powder.
SUMF®PE functional micro-powder has a wide range of applications. It can serve as a low-shrinkage agent, brightening agent, and hot-melt adhesive, finding its way into fiber-reinforced plastics (SMC, BMC, and pultrusion process fiberglass), activated carbon filters, alkaline batteries, and other fields. Additionally, it can be utilized to modify the physical properties of paints, pigments, and inks (refer to the TDS for specific applications).
(2) SUMF® functional masterbatch
SUMF® functional masterbatch refers to concentrated substances of various plastic additives. Directly adding additives can be difficult to disperse and result in low efficiency, so they are often added in the form of masterbatch. SUMF® functional masterbatch products are produced using imported Coperion and domestic first-tier brand twin-screw extrusion units, through physical processes such as premixing, extrusion, cooling, granulation, screening, drying, and homogenization, to produce high-quality white masterbatch, functional masterbatch, and breathable film masterbatch. The products are widely used in personal care and hygiene products such as protective clothing, diapers, sanitary napkins, and medical supplies.
(3) Functional coatings
The company possesses fully independent intellectual property rights in electron beam radiation-cured coatings/adhesives and electron beam curing technology. With mature and reliable technology, it has achieved full localization from resin to coatings/adhesives and equipment, filling the domestic gap in this field. It has successfully applied this new and efficient curing technology, electron beam curing, to industries such as coating and lamination, which can be widely used in various fields such as home building materials, green flexible packaging, photovoltaics, and new energy.
